Serves 6
4-5 lbs walleye fillets — cut into 1″ cubes
1 lb bacon strips, cut in half
Italian salad dressing
1/4 cup melted butter

Marinate cubed fish in Italian salad dressing, place in fridge for 1 hour.
Wrap bacon strips around marinated fish cubes. Spear with individual tooth picks to keep bacon snug. Repeat until all cubes are wrapped.
Cook slowly over medium heat on barbecue; turn continually with tongs.
Continue turning periodically until fish is white and bacon is crisp.
Brush on melted butter before serving.
