Conditions, time of day, time of year, and fishing method are all important factors and I am wondering what is the most proven bait in all of these conditions.

Leeches ! I use a limber Crappie Pole, 14 foot and a 1/16 oz split shot and no bobber. I catch Walleye when no one else is catching hem.

you can never beat a lindy rig with a spinner. minnows tipped spinner in the spring, when obivously the minnows are running and worms in the summer. not sure why the worms in the summer, but it works. Lake of the Woods guaranteed receipe for walleyes. Just slow troll on the bottom, has to be sand or rock bottom for this to work, but it works. Troll boat as slow as it will go. Sometimes you even troll backawards to slow things down

This Blog always has really great pointers and ideas. Thanks for all the help, I use a web site to show off the little things i know it’s called fellowfishermen.com. You should think about posting some catches, and ideas on there for your business. I have had some great feed back. Thanks again and take care.
